You can place a custom order by visiting our Tailoring Page, filling out the measurement form, and selecting your preferred fabric and style. Our team will contact you to confirm the details before starting production.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. How long does it take to receive a custom order?

Custom orders usually take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on the design and fabric availability. You will receive updates throughout the tailoring process.

5. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request changes within 24 hours after placing your order. Once tailoring has started, modifications may not be possible.

6. Do you offer alterations for existing clothes?

7. How do I know my size?

We offer a detailed Size Guide and video instructions on how to take your measurements correctly. You can also request a free virtual consultation with our tailor.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and mobile payment options depending on your region. All transactions are 100% secure.

9. Can I return or exchange an item?

Ready-made products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made garments, however, are non-refundable once production begins.
