1. Customized Orders
- Items that are tailored or customized based on your specific measurements or designs cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.
- Please double-check your measurements and specifications before confirming your order.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We may request photos or evidence of the defect to assess the issue.
- Eligible defective items will be either repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5 business days from the date the refund is approved.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before production begins.
- Once tailoring or production has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Partial refunds may be considered at the store’s discretion.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear specifications.
- Inspect items immediately upon receipt and report any issues promptly.
